I have used A New View to clean my residential windows twice a year, in and out and top to bottom, for five years. The reasons I never considered using a different company are:
1. The employees are always prompt, respectful, eager to do a good job, and ask for your feedback before leaving the premises.
2. Screens and window/door tracks are cleaned.
3. A New View offers a deionized water process that eliminates soap spillage into the ground and ground water. This process is as thorough and as durable as the traditional detergent methods.
4. Cost is comparable to competitors, if not more economical.
5. You can easily speak to Dan or an scheduler if necessary.

Love this company, we're on a 2x a year schedule with once a year being a full service inside/out and screen cleaning...the other being just outside. This past Saturday Trey, Will and Jevon were our technicians and they did a fabulous job. They were a good mix of professional and friendly. David, Garrett and Wayne did a great job cleaning the windows and screens. They were courteous and respectful of our property. In addition, they encouraged us to look at the windows before they left to ensure we were satisfied. The windows looked great at completion.
